Risk Taker

Another character I made up in City of Heroes. Jacklight's actually changed quite a bit since I first came up with the character, originally he was an energy blaster that looked like a normal human, but then I changed his look to the blue skin and somewhat demonic features...then changed him to a fire controller...but he still can generate small energy blasts (hence the glowie hands).
