I posted the line art of a few of these guys a while back, and today here's the finished pic of the Freedom Phalanx.
The final version is a bit different than I originally planned - they were going to be in front of the Paragon City city hall, but I wasn't happy with where the background was going. As a result I changed it up and went with slightly less intensive background located at Grandville...figured it was time for Statesman and company to try his own task force...so to speak. A bonus is that this pic works well to counter the Arachnos one I have planned. |
